$55 beat lease includes
- Up to 1 million monetized streams like (Spotify, RDIO, Rhapsody), once 1 million stream limit is reached Exclusives will have to be purchased if still available.
- Up to 1k physical cds sold, once 1000 cds limit is reached exclusives will have to purchased if still available.
- unlimited non content ID platforms.
- Lease is not to be put on content ID platforms like iTunes, & youtube but you can put them on non content id platforms like instagram, tik tok, facebook, triller, Soundcloud….
- Lease expires after 2 years of lease date.
- All performances will be non profit
- youtube monetization is not allowed with lease until exclusives are purchased.
- If you would like to sync the song in any type of syncing new contract will have to be drawn.

- Goldrushproductions AKA Buddy Long holds 100% ownership to all beats & instrumentals in this folder/email


- These beats & instrumentals are not to be used for profit releases under any circumstances unless Goldrushproductions AKA Buddy Long is granted 50% publishing & 50% writers shares via his BMI information below & a up front fee which is negotiated.


- Goldrushproductions AKA Buddy Long must be credited on all releases as follows, Produced by Goldrushproductions, each beat is tagged 1 time & that beat tagg must not be removed under any circumstances unless moved later in the arrangement
