50 beats unlimited wav lease includes
- Up to 1 million monetized streams like (Spotify, RDIO, Rhapsody) but no content ID platforms like Youtube, CDBaby, Ditti & so on, once 1 million stream limit is reached Exclusives will have to be purchased if still available.
- Up to 1k physical cds sold, once 1000 cds limit is reached exclusives will have to purchased if still available.
- Lease expires after 2 years of lease date.
- All performances will be non profit
- youtube monetization is not allowed with lease until exclusives are purchased.
- If you would like to sync the song in any type of syncing new contract will have to be drawn.
- Buyer / label / persons that release the song will be responsible for collecting and paying 50% publishing to Goldrushproductions AKA Buddy Long each pay out. If 50% publishing is not collected by Goldrdushproductions AKA Buddy Long, then producer Goldrushproductions AKA Buddy Long will have the right to audit the buyer / label / persons involved in releasing the song and have the right to take the song down from all platforms.

These beats & instrumentals are not to be used for profit releases under any circumstances unless Goldrushproductions AKA Buddy Long is granted 50% publishing & 50% writers shares as composer/producer leaving a 50% writers & 50% publishing for artist/label side via his BMI information below & a up front fee which is negotiated.
Goldrushproductions AKA Buddy Long must be credited on all releases as follows, Produced by Goldrushproductions, each beat is tagged 1 time & that beat tagg must not be removed under any circumstances unless moved later in the arrangement
